Apartment Therapy: The Kitchen chose my braised crostini topper trio entry as one of the winners in their Braising Week contest. It’s one of my favorite Web sites, so I’m really honored that they liked my stuff. They’re going to post the recipes on the site next week.
I’m so excited about the prizes, too – a Calphalon dutch oven and a copy of Braise: A Journey Through International Cuisine by Daniel Boulud and Melissa Clark. Yay!
