What better way to celebrate the unofficial end of summer than with grilled peaches topped with honey and creamy mascarpone cheese? I certainly can’t think of one.

Yum!!! I love grilled fruit, love it. Unfortunately I can’t have a grill in my little apartment in New York, I wonder if it would be comparable on a grill pan. I might have to try it!
