Thanks to a (relatively small) plumbing disaster, I had to cancel a brunch party at my apartment on Saturday. Fortunately, a neighborhood street festival made for a good alternative party location and a good time was still had, but my refrigerator is bursting with as-yet-unused brunch ingredients. Namely, eggs. Nearly three dozen of them. And that’s after the quiche, pancakes and spongecake I made yesterday.
And so begins Egg Week 2007.
